MVG Showcasing Innovation at AMTA 2016

amta 2016
10/30/2016 - 11/04/2016

MVG will be participating in the 38th annual AMTA Symposium taking place in Austin, Texas starting October 29th.  We will be highlighting not just one but SEVERAL of our latest innovations:

LIVE at the show, you’ll discover the MVG µ-Lab for a first time exhibition. The µ-Lab is the solution to millimeter wave measurements from 50 GHz to 110 GHz and is particularly suited for conventional far-field and spherical near-field EM data of chips and miniature antenna assemblies.

With the µ-Lab, we will be proposing live demonstrations using another MVG innovation: the NEW millimeter wave reference antenna, which will be making its premier showing at this exhibition as well. Demo sessions to be held each morning during coffee breaks.

You’ll also be able to learn more about Insight software and its role in the link between antenna measurements and numerical simulation. Demos are planned in collaboration with CST and FEKO. Remember to ask for a demo and a copy of our latest whitepaper on the subject “The Missing Link”!

If your testing requirements include EMC at times, come check out the distinctly new MVG EMC antenna for measurements between 1-18 GHz and ask about our new hybrid absorbing materials.

Finally, you’ll get a glimpse of our latest developments in VHF frequencies- a new probe and reference antenna for measurements below 400 MHz.

As for 5G, we are continually moving forward and welcome your questions about our recent advancements in high frequency probes or AAS testing.

The AMTA symposium program is proposing a stimulating agenda with its 16 sessions full of the latest technical advancements. You’ll also find interactive poster sessions, the Sunday short courses and this year a newly proposed Bootcamp for beginners in the industry. Make sure you’ve had a look at the schedule to fit it all in.

As Gold sponsors, MVG will be hosting the Monday evening event and are looking forward to seeing you in your best Halloween spirit and costume for the occasion. Prizes to be won!

To sum it up, it’s a fantastic AMTA agenda this year and we look forward to seeing and meeting you there. Be sure to come by the MVG stand and see a demo on the µ-Lab , pick up documentation on our latest innovation and talk to our experts while the opportunity is at hand.  See you in Austin!
