This work addresses the dimensioning of circular radiating panels designed to reproduce prescribed multi-frequency fields within a spherical Quiet Zone (QZ). Relying on the Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) analysis of the radiation operator, the proposed method enforces field synthesis constraints over a
planar Quiet Plane (QP) parallel to the panel and determines the minimal panel size required to generate the desired fieldsubspace. Numerical results demonstrate the accuracy of the synthesized fields and validate the effectiveness of the proposed dimensioning strategy across the frequency band of interest.
