Components & Accessories

A selection of components to complement positioners including goniometers for the high-accuracy angular alignment of a DUT and Z-roll units to  provide linear and rotary freedom of movement to a measurement probe. Accessories for test bed setup include field probes to evaluate extraneous signals surrounding a DUT, and cable assemblies for quality connections between positioners and controllers.
