Performing Real-Time measurements with the MVG EME Spy Evolution

Published on 24/11/2021 15:00:00

The introduction of 5G as a mainstream technology has been met with enthusiasm all over the world. The reliability and high data speed make us more connected than ever.

As 5G development continues to grow, the public is increasingly concerned: “how can we know if we are being overexposed to EMF?”

The EME Spy Evolution from MVG, a light and portable monitoring device, continuously measures electromagnetic field (EMF) exposure levels across 20 user-selected bands between 88 MHz and 6 GHz. It has already been used to measure RF energy in a variety of environments including places of work and public buildings on a city-wide scale around the world.

We have created this video to demonstrate how the EME Spy Evolution can be used to measure EMF and inform the public of exposure levels.

In this video, you will learn how to:

  • Install EME Spy Evolution on a tripod and on a vehicle
  • Configure the EME Spy Evolution Analysis software for real-time measurements
  • Perform measurements while in a moving car to cover large areas
  • Generate, share and consult the measurement results
