BTS Measurement

Meeting the challenges of future BTS measurements

Measuring 5G BTS systems requires more advanced test methods. Since the advent of multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) technology involving a very large number of integrated antennas, testing a multi-antenna wireless transceiver as for BTS measurement, requires performing more test cases across all linear array and BTS antenna parameters. Over-the-Air test methods allow to reach a much larger part of the measurement needs of a base station transceiver beyond gain, directivity, beam tilt, beam width, sidelobe level, cross polar discrimination, and front-to-back ratio.

With compact range and multi-probe array systems, MVG meets the needs of base transceiver station measurements with a range of state-of-the-art technologies to suit different requirements and budgets.
